What we keep
Sitiolon keeps only what it needs to build and publish your websites:
- •
Your email address, once you add one to your account. It is how you sign in: we send a one-time code to it, and there is no password.
- •
The sites you build: their blocks, text, images and styles, and the published copy anyone can visit at its address.
- •
What you ask the assistant, together with the block it should change.
- •
Your plan and its billing state. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
Why we keep it
To run the builder, publish your sites, answer your assistant requests, bill your plan and keep the service working. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us run Sitiolon
A few providers process data for us, each only for its own part:
- •
Anthropic receives your assistant requests and the block they refer to, to write the answer.
- •
Stripe handles payments for the Pro and Business plans and keeps your card details.
- •
Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers the emails we send you, such as your sign-in code.
- •
Sentry receives error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it.
- •
PostHog records how the builder is used, so we can improve it.
- •
Our hosting provider runs the servers that store your account and serve your published sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your sites while you use Sitiolon. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can change or delete any site from the builder at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. To do any of that, write to us through the contact page.
