Terms of Service

Sitiolon is a website builder: you put a site together from ready-made blocks, the assistant can rewrite any block, and you publish the site at your own sitiolon.com address. Using Sitiolon means agreeing to these terms.

You can start building without an account. When you add your email address, a one-time code sent to it is how you sign in. Keep access to that address: whoever holds it can sign in to your account.

Sitiolon has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Business. Their prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page of this site.

  A paid plan is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, through Stripe, and renews at the end of each period until you cancel.

  You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then moves to Free.

  For anything else about a payment, including a refund, write to us through the contact page.

  Sites on the Free plan show a "Made with Sitiolon" badge. The paid plans remove it.

What you put on your sites stays yours. You give us the right to store it and serve it to visitors so we can run the service.

You may not publish anything unlawful, including content that infringes someone else's rights, deceives or defrauds visitors, spreads malware, or harasses anyone. You are responsible for what your sites publish.

You can stop using Sitiolon and delete your sites at any time. We may take down a site, or close an account, that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Sitiolon is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your sites online, but we cannot promise it will never fail. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms can change. This page always shows the current version, and the date above says when it last changed. Using Sitiolon after a change means you accept the new terms.
